Ha ha ha ha

I was going to suggest Wensleydale too.

Have a look at how long it takes people to ride it.

not sure if this is a good idea or not but guess what's coming out to play tomorrow

feeling a bit clunky, gears need sorting ... oh and I better take off the number from the last race (and time) I rode it...

Miskin will be pleased to hear I changed over the front brake block to the old block so the wheel no longer rubs against it... oh the laugh I had in Arizona at that one

Excellent. Hope you get through it OK. Short (for you) and hard. Maybe take the edge off your legs on the bike so you don't go too hard on the run.

First tri and first ows of the year .... done. Uber slow swim even for me and IM/HIM-style transition times so how the hell I came 3rd in my AG I don't know :D man that bike is fast but would have helped if I'd checked the rear wheel alignment and the 1080 wasn't rubbing the frame.. horrible scuffs but looks like surface so hopefully the carbon is ok  Don't think the carbon is structural anyway.

5miles over OD distance and a nasty 8lap run on grass each with an annoying 4-6% drag so not a fast course at all.

Extremely well organised event only let down by an uninteresting run.
