sooo... nearly 6weeks of knee problems and 2 weeks of a nasty cold/chest infection. No running since Feb and only really now getting back to cycling. IM Nice was transferred to IMCH and now I've decided to completely ditch the idea of Ironman this year and enjoy training for HIMs. Bring on the hills :twisted:

Wensleydale actually makes good sense since I've got henley a month after... is it a sporting course? :-) will have a think! :-)

2km swim - generally warmish as v shallow
48 mile hilly bike but not silly hilly .. though my mind may have blocked out the hills ;-)
13mile run out and back including up (4miles) and down a hill that is 6% average so all runnable

great race and small friendly field (~70)
