Great news on the bike setup (though getting straight onto the turbo after the long trip oop north does seem dangerously overenthusiastic).
Keep up the good work - and man up and stop whinging about your saddle!

Where would I be if I didn't have something to whinge about !

I forgot. Tmro is my final weight in at the gym. I expect to have lost about 15kg which will put me under 90 kg !!! And a body fat of around 15%.

i have a fairly hefty wager on the outcome, with another lad who trains there. So I will be very interested to see the results.

That's awesome progress! What timescale is the 15kg loss over?

January. I realise that is probably more than ideal in the timescale. But I'm certainly not under eating. Big changes include, no alcohol (apart from a night in Munich drinking litres of German fighting lager :-) ), no confectionary, cakes, biscuits etc.

I have thought very carefully about (oh go on then) everything I've put in my mouth. This does include a daily Macchiato.

I believe that training every day, even a little, has contributed.

Impressive stuff, well done Ade!

Out of interest, have you picked up any colds or bugs over January? And if so, was it just low level and ok to train through?

No all clear in Jan.

I did have a 4 week chest infection during Dec which totally wiped me out. DNF Parkrun wiped me out. I think the anti biotics also had an affect and took a couple if weeks to get out of my system.
