Who Ate All The Pies

Postby Tritans » 05 Sep 2012 22:09

Not so much a training log, as i do loads and it wont make very exciting reading. This is an attempt to seriously address my weight, which will provide much more entertainment and opportunity for piss taking.

I've been taking the liberties with my diet for too long, if i want to have a chance of achieving my goals this is going to be the single biggest factor.

So Monday is weigh day, which I will post every week. I'll include any new recipes, strategies and general ponderings.

Current weight 105Kg target by end of 2012 sub 95Kg, target for Kalmar 87Kg

If I don't hit these goals I will pay some sort of fine, all suggestions welcome.

Good for you mate, I'm finding the public accountability helps when I'm picking food through the day. Hope it all goes well for you.

Track waist measurement too, if it is all about the blubber loss.

You will have to race the relays in something more embarrasing than Team Hot Pink if you don't make it!!!!! If that doesn't scare (all small children the rest of us and) you then nothing will!

Good luck.

I've just started on the Fit Naturally http://www.fitnaturally.co.uk/ off the shelf nutrition plans. Finding the volume of food too much, but lost over half a stone in 3 weeks - a lot of which was probably water stored with the carbs I was eating far too much of.

BIg surprise for me was the body fat %, I'm at 22% and target is 13%, so whilst I will probably only lose another 3/4 stone, the body fat change will be interesting.

Current weight 105 kg, you bloody lightweight
if you are going for weightloss, track it against performance, lighter may not be better, just saying, cos I am old, fat and CBA.

Best of luck.

I do like Sally, but I don't have a need for her services. Good to hear from a customer though.
