Shit, shit, shit. Raspberry cheesecake.

Damn A level food tech.

How am I going to get wrists like Sultan Al Faris, with this sort of ill discipline.

Meh, I had two ice creams tonight. It's the 90% that matters, not the 10%.

Just need to be careful that yout 90% is definitely 90%, and not more like 55%...

My somewhat stuttering start prompted me to revisit "racing weight" Matt Fitzgerald, more of which later. However I was reminded of a recipe that took my eye, but had never tried.

Aubergine Pizzas - man alive they are good, and VERY filling.

Slice Aubergine lengthways and roast in oven at about 180 until cooked through (about 25mins)

In the mean time make a thick tomato sauce, garlic, can chopped tomatoes lots of pepper and a little salt. (I added a couple of potobello mushroom, to compensate for lack of meat)

When the Aubergines are done, smear the sauce over them, add a slice and half of low fat cheeese and put back in the oven for about 10mins or until done.

About 340 calories per half.

These are really, really good and a piece of piss to make.

That looks good. If only I like aubergines.

I've got a recipe for "American Cottage Pie" - basically the same as a regular one but with baked beans instead of veg - which works out at about 450 calories/quarter. Nice and filling too. I'll dig it out if you want.

JAM  that has no place in this born again, uber Triathletes diet ;) Now, if you have any Lentil bake reciepes :D

Prepare for a diatribe on Triathlon related, dietary information and body composition factoids. After wading through that, you'll be begging me for more recipes.

A thought about your lunch "issues". Next time, lay off the Lambrini until lunch is well under way ;)
