LEJOG ride end of April
Hawaii 70.3 June (sub 7hrs)
Uk Ironman August (survive)
London Olympic August (have a laugh)
JOGLE ride September
Starting weight 10st 4 - ideal weight 11st
Training will consist of commuting 16 miles everyday, (min) 3 gym sessions a week, (min) 3 swims a week and adhoc running and longer training rides.
