before you feel too pleased with yourself - Danny Mac did a 120cm jump other day with me shouting 'fuck' at him, you'll all get to see it next year on TV. Not bad for a wee lad.

But he is lightweight and an actual athlete.

The voodoo spirits carried me to a 19:47 5km PB. Which I originally thought was a 37s improvement but when i checked its actually a 47s improvement. this was run on my own across roads and traffic. CH seems to think a competitive parkrun would see me near or even under 19. All i know is it's the fastest I've ever done that distance at.
