Oh yes! Kom on fleet moss

A 30 secs lead.

Averaged 324w for 11:22m. Just under 10mph too.

A good 5 mins faster than my best time. :)

haha... yeah, our house is "different" now. Between two indoor cats and a monkey, it's destroyed. He hasn't started properly crawling yet but we're not far away and house proofing not far away ;-) He's been ill alot over the last 5 weeks, D&V this weekend and just about on the road to recovery we think.

as far as my road to recovery, I feel like I'm stronger on the bike atm due to a forced lack of swimming and running. "Surrey Hills TT" on Monday. It's just a route from my house but a good mix of terrain to simulate Helvellyn. According to Strava I was 2mins faster than my PB last year on a TT bike and I was riding my commuter on Monday :-) Gym pool opens today (two week closure) and slowly building up the runnning. My foot is fine (yey), my calves are the limiting factor but slowly, slowly (I'm up to an easy 50mins so far)... I should be good for ADITL if I'm sensible and assuming I can swim 1.9km without sinking.. easy on the muffins then.

It's fair to say that my mojo is fully intact :-)

how you all doing?

Obviously, that charge up fleet moss is paying dividends still

You really need a powermeter. Then you could tell if your PB was because you were going better, or just that the day was more favourable.

Good to hear you are doing well though.
