Had a fab run on Sunday 3 reps up boxhill. The Garmin died on the first rep so I forgot about times heart rates etc and just enjoyed the run. Have been in lot's of pain ever since Time to visit the physio to just check I'm doing it all incorrectly and what I should be doing. V pi**ed off as the niggles are becoming real issues. Whish I had not signed on to Ball buster but these things happen. The training plan I was following is now filed in the bin and I'm taking it 1 day at a time. Cycling is all good working hard on all hills and feeling good for that.
Don't feel inspired to train motivation is lacking = bad times.
