so...

not much to report but getting back on top of things at home which is good for everyone Kel has been a star putting up with me these past few months and in the lows well she's been all that was required and more.

so far this week has been two walking sessions the school run on Monday (only the morning one kel picked them up) and a longer walk today after dropping the car off for it's ill afforded MOT. Happy with that as it counts as getting out there.

If I can also get out and cycle this week aswell all the better but we'll see.

Good man. Getting something in can always be a struggle - but anything's better than nothing!

got out off my arse and moved - starter for 10...

also looked at the bike.

not training yet but exercising... or rather... just moving

heaviest I've ever been which is no shock considering what I've been like of late. Need to change my relationship with food and stop using it as comfort... finally admitted it to myself...

And now you're in the best position to try and do something about it. We have to realise these things ourselves before we can properly do something about them.

Great stuff, Lee. Keep moving.
