There's just under 21 weeks to go to my big day and I've decided that endo alone isn't doing it for me. Will start logging training on here again as well. Tomorrow will try and do a brief catch up summary of these last 7 weeks of training and keep logging stuff as I go along ... Mentally I don't feel like I'm in a particularly good place ... Mood swings are prevalent throughout the training week, going from "yes I can do this " to "I'm going to make a right royal tit of myself in Sweden" ... Sometimes all within the span of one workout ... Need to sort my head out, if I do that the body is much more likely to follow
