But you did get sucked into the swim to France and back Endo challenge - never estimate the effect that all that splashing around in the channel may have had!

Very foresighted of you my dear Chappers.

Anyway, due to a slight cock up on the catering front, my pre-race nutrition consisted solely of cake. Which obviously worked well, except there was none to bring on the day.

Anyway, I've no doubled my quality sessions.

Now to get repaired and think what to do for next year.
