its early stage training. i also hadn't eaten anything which made it slightly more interesting in a bumbling kind of way...

So no training due to a cold, lack of time and the knee injury. But i did weigh in this morning: 74.5kgs, body fat was 14.9%

haven't really been eating very much as i do the opposite of comfort eat, and i've not had the best few days. Still, sh*t happens and you just have to take it on the chin and move on. hopefully i will be able to train again by the weekend and can start to get myself back to some semblance of a normal routine minus the girlfriend.

Just don't make the mistake I did and over-train yourself into an injury the very next week... :oops:

:lol: no I'll bear that in mind and make sure i don't do too much. on the plus side i have more money for shiny bike things and carbon! :D I find i'm quite good at retail therapy

Still no training so far, but i do feel more stable in my knee and the cold appears to have gone. Going to have a little trot at lunchtime today - 5k or so easy to test it out, no time or hr just going easy. if it holds up then i will run properly on the weekend and possibly try a quick turbo too. if it doesn't like the 5k i'll have another week off
