Ah, it's the smaller perks of the taper. Fresh legs - what are they?
27/05 Nuffield OD; 09/06 Manc 50m TT; 10/06 Barton Marina OD; 30/06 Manc 50m TT; 01/07 Outlaw IM Swim; 14/07 - 3km OW Marlow; 15/07 Marlow OD; AG LD World Champs 29/07; Club relays 25+26/08;

Just a brief outline so far for the Taper
Wednesday - 28minute Run, about 4 miles just trying to find the legs after all the flying and driving
Thursday - 2.5km swim in the morning. 10miles on the bike, pace was good but took forever to do the 10 miles. Cluster 1 and 2, possibly 3 as well technically speaking for Chappers. All to be revealed in the race report.
Friday - 2.5km swim in the morning. 5miles on the bike. Cluster 1 for Craig.
We've got the Official Ironman Swim Practice tomorrow so will be good to get in the wetsuit. Then, I'm going for a little run afterwards before racking and packing. Chappers and I are decamping from the condo for the night to stay at a hotel closer to race start.
