Finders Training log!

New here...HI :-)

So , at the end of this week i'm doing an ickle super sprint tri so this week's training is light!
So far:

Monday - 18k Bike nice and easy followed by a 2 mile brick run - again, nice and easy!
Tuesday - 1500m swim in FC pool based, nice and easy!

I'l prob cycle tomorrow - just a shorty session!

This is the Link http://www.endomondo.com if you use Garmin you can up load direct. If you have a phone with GPS you can use ti and up load direct or enter maunaly.

But on Endo is where the CLUB hangs out. And the really important bit are the challenges and competitions that we ourselfs. It is our way of virtually training together! So lots of people log elsewhere but also put stuff on Endo. You just need to find the BCTTT page.
