Day 2 done. One more tomorrow and I'll beat my total time running in all of jan! (in my books this week was the start of Feb, in case you wondering...)

Day #3 done. Still not broken and today reached the dizzying heights of 27 mins!

Tomorrow weather is looking good so debating whether to stick with this slowlyslowlycatcheymonkey running. Or go out for a nice long bike ride... Hmmmm

Get out on the bike! Surely four or five days of running in a row would increase your chance of re-injury?

Have just finished changing a puncture and checking over the bike... Maybe a brick? Joking...

2.30 on the bike. F**k me I always forget how undulating Malta is... Lovely sunny day too was cooking in my ls top and gilet. All feels good though knackered. And I ate well afterwards too. Eggs and tuna salad...

It's days like these i wonder what on earth am I doing in Blighty. :-(
