Pembs 10k trail run - just 'cos it's different
May - Cardiff Try a Tri - just to see if can improve on last years sprint

Training so far all supposed to be HR zone 2, my max is 210 bpm, but I'll admit to getting bored on occasions and just going for it - very unscientific
