Day 82 6k in just under 30mins, tested out new race shoes with some pace work, all seems good.
Weekly total 37.8k in 4hours and 3hrs 20 turbo. Low weekly total but that was planned as part of taper. Legs don't feel like it has been an easy week.
Day 83 5.4k in 35mins easy run.
Day 84 4.5k in 30mins, legs still fairly weary getting a little concerned that easing off mileage has made no difference.
Day 85 2.9k easy run 20mins, legs at last feeling effects of taper, quite fresh.
Day 86 2.9k easy run 20mins
Three days to go to Reading. Weight around 71.5kg which is lightest for 4+years. Legs feel good but I have no idea what pace I will be able to maintain. I have not hit target pace for any training runs
