How are your abdominal/cramp pains when running now? Any better?

Better but not fixed. Pretty sure it's 'tightness' in intercostal and hip flexors. Of course getting properly fixed is on the to do list.

Tiredness is mostly due to nearly 4 years of consistently inconsistent sleep..
